As you’ve probably noticed, we talk about snow and weather here a lot, and speaking about the weather, I can honestly say that I miss good old warm summer days. Although it’s pretty hot here for this time of a year I still long for the some warm weather. If you’re like me, flame brushes by connecttohuman-x

that I posted a few days ago, probably cannot keep you warm enough, but do not worry, since today I have something that might warm you up.

Well, I hope that you’re not freezing today, and that you’re in warm room while reading this. Like I said, this might warm you a bit, but I would use some form of heater if I were you. Anyhow, today I have another set of brushes, and this is something that we didn’t have here before. Today I give you 10 sunburst brushes that can warm you up a bit. Orman Clark made these free design resources, and this set includes 10 high-resolution brushes. I would like to mention that all brushes are 2000px by 2000px, so they can be used on larger projects without problems.

I’m hoping that you’re going to like these brushes, and if they fail to warm you up, than you should consider buying a heater.

Light up your designs with flame brushes

I’m honestly hoping that you guys are enjoying in winter and snow because I’m not. Although the snow is melting again, I’ve managed to caught a cold, so I’m in no mood to post any snowflakes. Despite my sickness, I’ve managed to find some nice free design resources that I want to share with you, and that will definitely keep you warm in these cold winter days.

If you’re cold or if you’re having a cold just like me I suggest that you light a fire that will keep you warm. Of course, if you cannot light a fire for some reason than you could probably use one of these brushes to keep you warm in these cold days. Honestly, I doubt that brushes will keep you warm, but they might add some hotness to your designs. Unlike Smoke And Fire Pictures for your designs that I’ve posted a while ago, this set includes only brushes, so your effects might not be amazing as you think. Anyhow, this doesn’t mean that this set of brushes is bad, on the contrary, this set is pretty nice and it includes eight different brushes that you can use. This set is created in Photoshop CS3 Portable by connecttohuman-x and it should work without any problems with Photoshop CS3 and newer versions.

If you’re looking for something to warm you up in these cold days, make sure that you grab these brushes while they are hot.

Let it snow: Snowflake Brushes

Winter is here, and although snow melted away here where I live, that doesn’t mean that we won’t see it anymore. In fact, it seems that we’ll see more snow than we think soon enough, but enough about the weather, let’s talk about some Photoshop brushes. As you can see, today’s main topic is snow, so I’ve decided to share some snowflake brushes that I found a few days ago, so let’s check them out.

After the 130+ Snowflake Vectors, I thought that it would be a good idea to share some snowflake brushes with you. I like vectors, but I prefer using brushes because they are easier to use and to configure so this is the main reason why I decided to search for snowflake brushes. Anyhow I managed to find this great set of 20 big snowflakes, so I hope that you’ll like them as much as I did. They are stunning, and I’m positive that you’ll use them in your winter designs. They are created in Photoshop 7, so they can work with all other newer version without any problems.

Splatter And Stain Brushes For Photoshop CS3

Ok, I have something nice for you today, especially if you liked the previous set of splatter brushes that I posted. I don’t know about you, but I use splatter brushes in my designs quite often, because they add that diversity that I need when I’m designing, therefore I thought that it would be a good idea to share another set of splatter brushes that I’ve found, so let’s have a closer look at those splatters, shall we?

Today’s set has 12 large splatter and stain brushes, and I’m positive that you’ll like them as much as I did. Anyhow, according to the author of these brushes, they are free for personal and commercial use, so grab them while they are hot and you’ll be splattering all over the place, or in your case, designs. Another thing that I have to mention is that I have no idea what resolution are this brushes in since I haven’t used them yet, but I’m positive that you’ll find a good place for them in your resource collection. Another thing that I have to mention is that all of these brushes are made in Photoshop CS3, so if you want to use them, make sure that you have CS3 or newer version of Photoshop installed.

Coffee Stain And Splatter Brushes

Okay brush fans, today I have something nice for you. As you already know, I have another set of brushes that you can use in your designs, so let’s check out what this sweet set of brushes has, shall we?

So what kind of brushes does this set has? For starters, this set includes 20 different brushes that you can use in your designs, and most of them are splatters. Yeah, splatters are quite popular nowadays, and with this set, you’ll be splattering all over the place for some amazing effects, but that’s not all.Besides splatters, it seems that this set of brushes has few coffee stain brushes as well, and I definitely know that I’m going to use those coffee stains in my future designs. Anyhow, this set is great, and it has some nice brushes that you shouldn’t miss.

Sadly, I don’t have any info about resolution of these brushes, and I don’t know in which version of Photoshop they are made, so you’ll just have to trust me on this one. I like them, and I’m going to use them in my future designs, so they are one of those free design resources that you must not miss, so make sure that you check them out.

Let it drip: Spray Paint Drip Brushes

You’ve seen all sorts of free design resources here, and now I have another one for you. Today, I have one set of brushes that includes 10 different brushes, so let’s have a closer look at these brushes, shall we?

I don’t know about you, but I don’t like spraying walls, because it feels just wrong to destroy someone’s property on that way. However, spraying can be a lot of fun, and it might look great on walls and in your designs as well, therefore I have some nice brushes that I want to share with you. These brushes won’t make you a graffiti artist, but they will definitely make your designs more realistic. One problem with spay is that it drips if you use too much of it on a single spot, and this is what the creator of these brushes did. He used different sprays on paper and he sprayed them into a single dot so that the paint could drip from it. This might not be the best set of brushes that you’ve seen, but they will certainly be an important part of your collection, especially if you need to create urban designs. So there you have it, 10 spray paint drip brushes for your creations. All of these brushes are between 1000 and 2000 px, and they are compatible with both Photoshop and Gimp. I should also mention that these brushes were created with Photoshop CS5, so they probably won’t work in earlier versions.
